We operate our online butchery from our popular Farm Shop in Minehead, the gateway to Exmoor national park (you'll find us near Tesco). All our meat comes from the fantastic local farms which have helped the west country earn its reputation for being the home of the best food and drink in Britain. Having sourced meat of the finest quality, we then offer a service to match.

You'll be pleased to know we also deal with farms which have impeccable records for their standards of animal welfare - something which, as any expert will tell you, is reflected in the quality of the end product.
Our lamb, meanwhile, comes from our own farm close to the National Park boundary.

To ensure or products reach you in the optimum condition we use special, environmentally - friendly Woolcool® packaging. This helps keep the goods chilled to below 5°c for a minimum of 24 hours. Woolcool® itself is wrapped hygienically in a food grade, recyclable covering and provides padded protection. |

Your order will reach you in daisy fresh condition - and please note: we do not ship frozen meats as both their flavour and texture can degenerate in transit.
